TOM SELLIG (speaking in a microphone to an audience): It's tremendous to have the support that we see from you all today as we celebrate the relocation of Adare to Philadelphia. Right? So excited about that.

TOM (speaking to the camera): [It’s a] tremendous day for us and our employees, and we're excited about all the support we've received from the state, the city, and also all the various organizations, chambers of commerce, including Life Sciences PA.
We’re best known for bringing complex formulations to market. So we help small, midsize and large pharma companies develop, formulate, commercially manufacture, as well as package their products.
We're, you know, really helping develop products that are saving lives for patients around the world.
Pennsylvania as a location was an easy decision for us, actually, as we look at everything that Pennsylvania has to offer in terms of hiring employees, a very talented and large talent pool coming from tremendous universities and colleges.
Geographically, it’s very nicely centered into the Northeast Corridor. So easy for, for clients to visit.
And, finally, the ability to, you know, really meet with many of our clients who are both in Pennsylvania/New Jersey, as well as bringing global clients here to a central hub has been tremendous.

Well, I really appreciate the Governor's, approach of getting… getting stuff done, shall we say. The state really worked closely with us to put on different programs that were able to take advantage of everything from, hiring to, grants for some of the new equipment and facilities that we're building is really going to be important as we look to, to scale and compete.
We're going to be investing our own, around about $20 million. And without the support of the state, it wouldn't be possible. So we appreciate all the support we've received.
Pennsylvania definitely gets it done.
